Diana is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who supports children, adolescents, and young adults through life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and abuse. She offers a warm, caring, and client-centered approach, creating a safe space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.

Diana uses a mix of effective therapies, including cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused, and experiential approaches, and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This lets her tailor her support to meet each person's unique needs and goals.

She has worked in university settings, providing one-on-one counselling, helping students explore career options, and leading workshops on topics like anxiety, identity, and personal development. Diana earned her Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University.

Outside of work, Diana is a mom to three and has been married for 13 years. These experiences give her a deep understanding of the joys and challenges of parenting, relationships and balancing life's many roles. She brings this genuine empathy and real-life perspective into her work, walking alongside her clients with kindness and respect.

Diana sees clients 11 yrs of age and older.
