Dr. Lewis is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.) who specializes in working with adults navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, depression and emotional overwhelm with a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, Brooke provides a grounded and supportive therapeutic space where healing and resilience are possible.

With specialized training in EMDR and Trauma-Informed Care, Brooke supports individuals impacted by trauma, including historical trauma, adult children of parents who experienced trauma, and first responders. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped by deep respect, cultural sensitivity, and recognition of the strength it takes to seek support.

Practicing since 2009, Brooke brings a calm, non judgemental presence to each session and integrates EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), somatic awareness, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches to support clients in processing distress, building emotional strength, and reconnecting with themselves. Brooke engages in annual training opportunities to continue her skill development and knowledge base.

Brooke sees clients 19yrs of age and older.
